Job Summary:   | 
      This is an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to see chronic kidney disease and dialysis patients in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: * The APP will be responsible for the evaluation and management of patients with chronic kidney disease requiring hemodialysis and work with physicians in determining best management. * Oversee management of patients on maintenance hemodialysis. * Perform history and physical examinations * Review diagnostic testing, * Check medication dosages and adjusting medications, * Check laboratory values * General assessment and provide educational guidance to patients with advanced chronic kidney disease and requiring hemodialysis     |

      The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $105,185 - $116,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
