City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health is currently seeking a Part Time, Day shift Courier based out of Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30 - 6 pm. Wednesday 8:45-6 pm. Every 4th weekend and two holidays a year. Picks up and delivers various items such as deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x-ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials and packages. Required to operate vehicle safely, keeps vehicle clean and well maintained; maintain vehicle safety logs and submit requests for vehicle maintenance/repairs in a timely manner. Tracks lab specimens, reports, supplies and all barcoded items.
