Production Technician

Location: 8300 E. Pacesetter Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

Schedule: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Days Off: Friday-Sunday

The Production Technician is responsible for manufacturing products, supporting production issues, assisting with the installation and qualification of production equipment, assisting with equipment maintenance, building prototypes, and assisting in other areas as necessary.

This position takes direction from the Manufacturing Supervisor or higher. We are looking for candidates who have any type of cleanroom experience.

This role will be performed in a Cleanroom Environment. Candidates must be willing to adhere to all cleanroom requirements listed below prior to submittal.

Personal Care & Grooming:

  No makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, unauthorized topical applications to exposed skin, perfume, cologne, scented body lotions, or sprays.

  No nail polish or artificial nails may be worn by personnel working in manufacturing areas.

  
  
• 
  

  No personal grooming shall be done in any manufacturing areas.

  
  

Jewelry & Clothing:

  No dangling jewelry may be worn outside of the enclosed smock (e.g., bracelets, necklaces).

  
  
• 
  

  Earrings that extend past the earlobe must be covered by a bonnet, hair cover, or hood.

  
  
• 
  

  Bare legs must always be covered in manufacturing areas.

  
  
• 
  

  Open-toed shoes are not permitted. All personnel entering manufacturing areas must wear socks, stockings, tights, etc., to cover the skin of the feet.

  Long-fiber sweaters shall not be worn in manufacturing areas.

  Wearing of caps or hats with a brim or visor beneath hair bonnets is not allowed. Items such as hair bands, head scarves, or hair clips used to contain hair under the hair bonnet/hood are permitted.

  
  

Electronics:

  The use of personal cellular phones or other personal electronics is not allowed in any manufacturing area. Personal devices should be stored in lockers or vehicles.
