We're looking for a Senior Office Operations Assistant to join Procore's Workplace Experience team. In this role, you'll support the Austin office and employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The primary goal of this role is to maintain a high-quality workplace environment while providing excellent support for both employees and visitors.

As a Senior Office Operations Assistant, you'll partner with Workplace Experience team members, employees, and external vendors to manage office operations, internal events, and day-to-day office needs. Use your organizational skills, proactive mindset, and customer service expertise to keep the office running seamlessly, enhance employee experience, and support company growth. This position reports to the Office Operations Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain balanced levels of food, beverage, and office supply inventory for all office floors.

  • Perform daily cleaning duties in kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areas.

  • Assist with internal event planning, including setup and teardown.

  • Register and greet visitors, providing a positive first impression.

  • Support office ticketing systems by answering requests in accordance with SLAs, evaluating, prioritizing, and assigning incoming requests.

  • Stay aware of ongoing team activities, meetings, visitors, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with facilities-related tasks as needed and support other departments with operations-related projects and events.

  • Coordinate internal office events from initial request to final strike while tracking details and financials.

  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, and in person.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all guests, employees, and executives.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

  • Respect for confidential information and strong commitment to employee satisfaction and company growth.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.

  • Flexibility with hours due to events, with all work conducted in the office five days a week.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $26 - $36. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
