 Location:Education Training and Development Center -12451 Gateway BlvdFort Myers FL 33913 Department: IS Informatics Work Type: Full Time, Exempt Shift: Shift 1/ to Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$43.59 - $56.66 / hour Summary SummaryThe Senior AI Technology Educator plays a pivotal role in advancing the use of healthcare technologies and AI tools across Lee Health. This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting comprehensive training programs that promote digital fluency and AI literacy throughout the organization. By creating engaging curriculum and educational materials tailored to adult learners, the educator ensures staff are empowered to adopt and utilize emerging technologies confidently and compliantly. Working collaboratively with peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams, the educator supports onboarding, system implementations, upgrades, and continuous learning initiativesaligning all efforts with organizational strategy and regulatory standards. This hybrid role combines autonomy with teamwork, requiring strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver, and maintain technology and AI-focused training programs for diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.Support system implementations, software enhancements, and upgrades through customized learning solutions.Partner with IT, operational, and education teams to ensure training aligns with strategic goals and compliance standards.Develop user-friendly documentation, e-learning modules, and reference materials.Apply structured change management methodologies to promote successful adoption of AI and digital systems.Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement communication, training, and reinforcement plans.Monitor engagement, measure adoption rates, and report progress and outcomes to leadership.Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and digital innovation through collaboration and professional development. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters preferred).Proven experience in technology education, training development, or digital adoption within healthcare or enterprise settings.Familiarity with AI applications, healthcare technology systems, and adult learning principles.Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Experience with change management frameworks and training evaluation metrics.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.US:FL:Fort Myers  | |
