We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sustainability and Social Impact Specialist to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA! This hybrid role offers the unique blend of working collaboratively within our Carlsbad office and the flexibility of remote work.

We are seeking a motivated ESG and Social Impact Specialist to provide temporary coverage and ensure continuity across our sustainability and social impact initiatives. This role will support a wide range of programs including ESG reporting, community engagement, volunteerism, and internal project management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

• Manage annual ESG rankers and raters submissions, including tracking deadlines, updating questionnaires, and coordinating reviews.
• Serve as a Social Impact and Sustainability point of contact for the company's Ambassador Program, coordinating with global site leads and ambassadors on charitable initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and local engagement activities.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and assist with corporate sponsorships, events, and the Giving platform.
• Oversee aspects of the giving program, including reviewing and approving grant requests.
• Provide project management support for the Sustainability and Social Impact team by maintaining dashboards, leading project review calls, and tracking deliverables.
• Contribute to ongoing ESG and sustainability initiatives, including compliance, governance, scenario analysis, renewable energy projects, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate regularly with internal communications and site-based ambassadors to ensure alignment on corporate social impact messaging.

• 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social impact programs.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and conscientious.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Prior experience using Monday.com.
