Senior Product Manager

Travel: Up to 30 percent

STS Technical Services is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland. In this role, you will lead strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management for a global line of access equipment. You will own the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to bring impactful solutions to market.

• Lead end to end product strategy from concept through launch and lifecycle execution
  
• Identify new product and market opportunities using customer insights and market analysis
  
• Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to align product priorities and timelines
  
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies based on competitive intelligence and market data
  
• Track performance metrics including profitability, share, and overall product health
  
• Support field testing, customer demos, and validation initiatives
  
• Mentor and guide junior product team members to support business objectives
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
  
• Eight or more years of product management or related experience
  
• Two or more years of leadership or team management experience
  
• Background in heavy equipment, access equipment, or construction machinery preferred
  
• Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management and go to market execution
  
• Master's degree such as an MBA is a plus
