Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for staff to ensure compliance with standards of care, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. This role also involves conducting quality assurance activities to monitor and improve the quality of care provided to patients.

Essential Functions
-Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.

-Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.

-Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop a curriculum that aligns with hospital goals.

-Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to monitor compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

-Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the quality of care and services provided.

-Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement areas.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in training, quality assurance, or a related role within a healthcare setting 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient understanding of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, including familiarity with quality metrics.
- Experience with instructional design and training development tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Proficient organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
