PO with UX

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Owner who brings together business acumen, UX sensibility, and Agile delivery experience to shape and deliver client-facing digital products in the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business goals and user needs - focusing on intuitive, user-centered experiences rather than backend design. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for user-facing financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and insights into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Agile squads to prioritize and deliver key features.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Ensure alignment between user experience goals and business outcomes.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles - with a focus on the business side of UX (not backend design).
• Experience in Wealth Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
