Summary

Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprise wide systems.

Responsibilities



  • Plan, schedule and monitor CPFR (collaborative, planning, forecasting and replenishment) activities for key accounts
  • Provides regular and critical analysis and communication with internal and external stakeholders on key performance indicators and order management and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Analyze sales forecasting and planning process for key customers
  • Automate and enhance customer specific reports to meet ongoing needs, including weekly sales reports, promotional analysis, reconciliation of forecast versus actual and data infrastructure)
  • Develop deep understanding of customer, product mix and promotional trend performance and provide in-depth analysis to teams on a timely basis in order to drive business decisions
  • Follow and analyze market trends; prepare and present reports to display detailed findings and recommendations
  • Participate in weekly sales and operation planning meeting to review sales, forecast and sell-through performance


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or relevant field
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Solid business acumen


Recruiting Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
