Student Involvement Job Description
The Student Involvement & Traditions Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a vibrant and connected campus community at Missouri S&T. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating year-round programs and initiatives that promote student involvement, strengthen belonging, and celebrate Miner pride. In addition to supporting signature events such as St. Pat's, Homecoming, and Opening Week, the coordinator will develop new programs and experiences that encourage student participation, leadership, and connection across the university. Reporting to the Director of Student Involvement, the coordinator works closely with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to create meaningful engagement opportunities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support major events and programs. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $18.87 to $23.00 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
