Job Description

Working in a world class Facilities organization with talented Engineers, Technicians, and technical supportive management. An organization that focuses on growth, talent development, and continuous improvement. Support services for Facilities monitoring and Facilities control systems. Design and install new control systems as needed. Participate in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of all Facilities assets.

This Job Is For You If

  • You can design and create Building Management System database and graphics.
  • You can perform diagnostic trouble shooting and repair of Facilities control systems including electronic equipment, PLCs, analog/digital PCBs.
  • You can operate, maintain, and modify, as required, Facilities computer-related software systems and PLCs.
  • You can setup and tune DDC Controller PID Loops.
  • You can install, maintain, and repair toxic gas monitoring and alarming equipment.
  • You can support building security hardware and fire control loop monitoring.
  • You can specify and recommend new equipment for Facilities continuous improvement projects.
  • You can maintain good knowledge of Facilities related equipment, chillers, boilers, compressors, pumping systems, etc.
  • You can establish a critical spare parts inventory for Facilities maintenance needs.
  • You can perform work according to manufacturer's blueprints, schematics, specifications, and procedures.
  • You can document failures in Facility Maintenance System (e-Maint) and make recommendations for improvement.
  • You can follow company safety, procedures, and health regulations. Stay up to date on maintenance procedures and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities control systems, electronic equipment maintenance and repairs, with focus on PLC, and data acquisition.
  • Four years of college Electrical or Electronics degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of control logic and feedback, principles of electronic/electrical circuits and testing procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level with little or no assistance.
  • Knowledge of computers and network communication protocols.

Compensation: $77,900 - $135,395
