Accounting Clerk Location: ABSS - Gilbert, AZ Reports To: Controller Position Overview Support the company's financial operations by performing routine accounting tasks and transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Payroll Taxes. Responsibilities and Duties: Deposit and record daily checks Post customer payments Assist with weekly multi-state tax payments Enter Accounts Payable Bills Match credit card transactions with receipts Enter Accounts Receivable Invoices Prepare bank reconciliations Assist accounting department Qualifications: High School Diploma Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable Accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel Data entry skills Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change Benefits Direct deposit every Friday!
