        ECU Campus Living is currently seeking several Residence Life Resident Advisors. The
         Residence Life Resident Advisor (RA) is a live-in position with responsibilities for
         building relationships and creating an engaging residential community in conjunction with
         the Hall Coordinator. The Hall Coordinator is the Resident Advisor's immediate
         supervisor.
         The Residence Life Resident Advisor is expected to fulfill the following general roles and
         responsibilities:
         * 
        Community Facilitator: Be available, and visible to residents, know names of
         residents, build relationships with members of their floor, address community conflicts,
         encourage personal responsibilities, hold floor meetings as appropriate to share
         information, and help create a welcoming environment.
         * 
        Referral Agent: Know Hall, campus, and Greenville resources to connect residents as
         appropriate, keep the supervisor informed with floor/resident happenings, document
         incidents and follow protocols set out via training and the staff manual, and know when
         situations are beyond scope and refer up.
         * 
        Team Member: Attend all training sessions and staff meetings and staff developments,
         support staff team, help when needed,maintain positive communication with staff and all
         Campus Living employees, assist with RA recruitment, and support Campus Living
         events.
         * 
        Programmer: Produce programs to help connect residents and educate on various
         topics, complete appropriate paperwork, meet program requirements set by the
         department, and support Residence Hall Association and Hall Involvement Teams
         * 
        Administrator: Complete all necessary paperwork/forms/evaluations/tasks as required
         by department and Hall Coordinator, attend staff meetings and 1 on 1's, serve on
         Available RA rotation, help with Hall Closings/Openings/Special Events, and know the
         staff manual protocols.
         * 
        University Representative: Serve as a positive role model, serve the needs of residents,
         be mindful of social media tags/posts, and represent CL and 
        ECU positively on- and offcampus.
         * 
        Safety/Security Agent: Serve on Available RA rotation, maintain confidentiality as
         appropriate, ensure that the building is secure, participate in fire drills/alarms, manage
         conflicts, address policy violations and document situations as appropriate.
