Overview: DSA Inc.'s Strategic Growth organization is seeking a Capture Manager with early-career experience in federal business development and capture who is ready to take the next step. This role is ideal for a driven, resourceful professional who has supported or led portions of capture efforts and is now looking to expand their leadership, strategic influence, and ownership of full lifecycle capture activities. You'll be part of a high-performing team focused on securing new business and expanding existing relationships within the Federal Government and DHS markets. This position offers mentorship, visibility, and the opportunity to grow into a senior capture leadership role. Reporting to: Senior Director of Capture Management, Strategic Growth Key Responsibilities: * Lead Capture Efforts: Take ownership of assigned pursuits, developing and executing capture strategies that position DSA to win. Basic Qualifications: * 2-5 years of experience in federal business development, capture, or proposal support Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in DHS or other Federal Government markets Why DSA?
