POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position reports to the Director of Operations. It is responsible for the sales management of Industrial and Jan/San customer accounts to achieve required growth and meet sales objectives. Responsibilities include selling to customers, directing brokers, strategic planning, and annual budgeting. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth, expand distribution networks, and strengthen customer relationships.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet organizational revenue and growth objectives.
  • Conduct sales activities with existing customers and prospect accounts to maintain relationships and increase sales.
  • Actively identify and develop prospects and targets, prioritize opportunities and develop strategic supply proposals to gain incremental business.
  • Make sales calls on existing customers and potential buyers of Fantapak product lines and influence the procurement process in order to grow sales.
  • Cooperate with Inteplast Jan/San sales team to sell and promote Fantapak products to Inteplast Jan/San customers base.
  • Manage communication and promotion of Fantapak products with commissioned brokers.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer decision criteria to recommend effective sales proposals.
  • Use industry contacts and/or knowledge to broaden Fantapak selling and growth potential.
  • Attend sales trade shows and customer events to promote products and develop business opportunities.
  • Develop annual sales budget and strategy and execute the plan accordingly.
  • Review sales progress regularly against goals and re-align efforts if necessary to ensure targets are being successfully achieved.
  • Interact and coordinate with other functional departments to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently against a variety of objectives using time management skills to meet and exceed internal/external customer expectations.
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • College or university degree in business or related fields.
  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience with a proven track record of positive customer relationships and sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales and distribution and Packaging Industry preferred.
