Principal Territory Manager | IP&O

Epicor is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to drive revenue growth for Epicor IP&O, our cloud-based Inventory Planning & Optimization platform. In this role, you will be responsible for generating net-new revenue by targeting distribution and manufacturing companies, while also driving adoption across Epicor's existing ERP customer base. This is a consultative sales role requiring the ability to engage senior supply chain, operations, and finance leaders, identify opportunities for measurable business impact, and guide customers through complex enterprise buying cycles.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive net-new business development and sales within the assigned territory focused on volume manufacturing and distribution verticals.

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed booking, pipeline, and quota targets

  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification, initial discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers

  • Build strategic cross functional relationships with internal business partners

  • Develop strategic account plans for key accounts in assigned territory

  • Coordinate with cross sell partners, solution sales and professional services teams

  • Generate accurate monthly revenue forecasts

  • Plan and implement sales campaigns.

  • Update and maintain CRM

  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory

  • Travel required.

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong background in enterprise software, preferably in supply chain verticals including demand planning, forecasting, and inventory planning.

  • An understanding of MRP, DRP, Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting, and S&OP processes.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.

  • Ability to negotiate price, terms, and conditions.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual targets

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.

  • Demonstrated success selling supply chain, inventory planning, or forecasting solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive net-new enterprise business, including prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling

  • Accomplished track record of selling SaaS Software to Manufacturing and Distribution operations, finance, and IT personas

  • Experience working in a cross-sell/overlay sales environment

  • Experience working with industrial manufacturing and/or distribution companies

  • Strong background of ERP and Supply Chain markets, software solutions, and processes

  • Must be able to articulate how Epicor solutions materially enhance MRP, DRP, and S&OP processes.

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
