*Conduct thermal, thermo-mechanical, and mechanical FEA analyses to model and validate designs.
*Lead experimental validation of thermal solutions to ensure performance meets specifications.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop assembly procedures and optimize product designs.
*Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on proposed thermal designs to mitigate risks.
*Create detailed production-level CAD models and drawings for manufacturing readiness.
*Work closely with vendors to finalize specifications and manage procurement of thermal components.
