This role can be remote or based in one of our office locations. Responsibilities: As an individual contributor on a small, focused team, you will help build and maintain the internal platform for Equinix's digital product portfolio. At the center of our platform is a global footprint of Kubernetes clusters deployed on-premises and in the cloud. We support our customers-Equinix engineers-with a robust set of core services, including CI/CD, observability, and an internal developer portal. To succeed in this role, you should bring both deep Kubernetes expertise and a passion for improving developer experience. You should understand not only what Kubernetes makes possible, but also its limitations and the patterns that should be developed around it. You will:

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - CA Bay Area : 139,000 - 209,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 130,000 - 194,000 USD / Annual United States - (CO, DE, FL, GA, MI, MN,NV,NH, OR, PA, RI, TX, WI) : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual United States - (AL, AR, AZ, ID, IN, IA, KS, KT, LA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN,UT, VE, WV, WY) : 106,000 - 160,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
