Program Manager Washington DC Pay From: $180,000 MUST Program Manager Top Secret required Required current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Program Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 10+ years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies and with managing similar Key Personnel types. 2- 5 years min of experience in PKI/ICM and security technologies Experience leading PKI projects at GSA is highly desirable. BS degree from an accredited university or an additional 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies, similar or larger scope and complexity involving technology, information assurance and Government-wide policies. DUTIES Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all task order activities for the contractor, and its subcontractors; this includes any activities necessary to meet all task order requirements. The PM will act as the single point of contact for the government PM and COR. The PM will provide strategic support and leadership to the program and ensure that team activities are directly aligned with the overarching Federal guidelines.
