What you will do:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Lead Accelerator to strengthen our lead management process and accelerate the movement of leads through the marketing and sales funnel. This role serves as a critical liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring leads are properly tracked, enriched, and acted upon to close reporting gaps, improve visibility into lead quality, and drive pipeline performance.

The Marketing Lead Accelerator is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation and accelerating the movement of leads through the marketing and sales funnel. This role bridges strategy and execution,

How you will do it:

  • Review inbound leads for completeness and accuracy
  • Cleanse and enrich lead data, including fit fields and segmentation
  • Ensure correct lead source and campaign attribution across leads, opportunities, and closed-won deals
  • Work cross-functionally across the marketing and sales organization campaign managers, sales enablement, and sales operations to optimize lead flow, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, feedback loops, and alignment on qualification criteria.
  • Identify and escalate issues with lead status updates or misaligned data
  • Monitor marketing program performance and lead lists
  • Help close gaps in reporting by improving data consistency and accuracy
  • Support the development of scalable lead management processes
  • Track and analyze lead progression metrics; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and ROI of lead acceleration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to align on systems and reporting standards

What we look for:

  • Experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or data analysis
  • Data analysis experience running and analyzing reports, data sets and inbound channels
  • Deliver regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and ROI of lead acceleration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MAP's (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.55-$29.32 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
