Responsibilities Join a high-impact team driving mission-critical GEOINT solutions for national security. We are seeking a Senior Requirements Systems Engineer to lead and guide cross-functional engineering teams across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and partner Federal Agencies. In this role, you'll take a multidisciplinary approach to systems engineering-combining requirements development, solution design, integration and testing, lifecycle planning, and system performance to deliver reliable, resilient, and mission-aligned capabilities. Lead and mentor mid- and junior-level systems engineers across a broad range of engineering functions, including: Your work will directly impact the delivery of critical GEOINT capabilities that support national defense, global intelligence partnerships, and real-time mission success. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
