As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be at the center of how we accelerate growth, enhance capabilities, and deliver complex, critical joint, large scale solutions to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development, management, and growth of Peraton's enterprise strategic partner ecosystem. This role is essential to accelerating corporate strategy, enhancing solution delivery, and expanding our presence across our competitive landscape. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for shaping and managing alliances that create win/win outcomes. This position reports to VP of Growth and collaborates closely with executive leadership, business units, solution architects, capture teams, and partner organizations. Your key responsibilities may include:
Identify, develop, and lead Strategic Partnerships Across the Enterprise: Build and manage long-term, high-value partnerships with commercial technology vendors, federal system integrators, research institutions, academia, innovation hubs, and other key stakeholders.

Target Salary Range $190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
