Our Company The Premium Enablement team is at the heart of monetization within PLG Design for Adobe Express. We design experiences that help users understand, adopt, and unlock the value of premium. As a Staff Designer, you will focus on Express Premium Monetization-designing experiences that convert free users to premium, retain subscribers, and reduce churn. You'll partner closely with product, commerce, and data teams to identify high-value actions and design paywalls, offers, and flows that maximize ARR while advocating for the user. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to adjacent workstreams in Premium Enablement as a multiplier. Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: As a Monetization Designer within Premium Enablement on the Adobe Express team, you'll design experiences that directly impact Adobe's growth by converting free users into long-term premium subscribers. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,700 -- $265,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
