Job description:

Summary:

In this role, you will supervise a team of about 10 individuals as you help them manage their workload, answer questions they may have, teach new processes and procedures, drive innovation, and promote a positive and productive working environment. As a leader on this team, you will help to grow and maintain a favorable working relationship with our direct-to-home Sales Representatives as well as customers of Vivint.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Time clock, pay changes, and other employee profile adjustments
  • Monitor team questions and provide accurate and timely assistance
  • Prepare for and hold regular and productive team meetings
  • Ownership of projects assigned by leadership
  • Motivate, coach, and manage team members to achieve department performance expectations
  • Train team in diagnosing and resolving concerns effectively and efficiently
  • Handle escalated situations from sales representatives or customers of Vivint
  • Maintain a fun, hard-working culture and atmosphere
  • Demonstrate the Vivint Missions and Values

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint
  • Workday (Preferred)
  • Salesforce (Preferred)

RequiredEducation/Experience:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to obtain Utah Burglar Alarm DOPL license
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Call center experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
