Fulfillment Associate - Entry Level \| $18/hr \| Concord, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Are you looking to build hands-on experience in logistics, equipment handling, and data operations? We're seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse operations in Concord, CA. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on equipment testing, data entry, and logistics support. Key Responsibilities Equipment Handling & Testing * Program and track devices using third-party portals * Ensure returned equipment is processed and tested accurately * Maintain high standards for quality and operational efficiency Data Entry & Reporting * Update inventory records in the management system * Maintain reports and logs for internal tracking * Handle sensitive documents, including secure shredding Order Fulfillment & Logistics * Accurately ship customer orders in a timely manner * Support inventory counts and warehouse organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet fulfillment needs Qualifications * 0-1 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations * Basic experience with data entry or inventory systems * Strong attention to detail and follow-through * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * High school diploma or GED preferred * Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required * Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why You'll Love This Role * Make a meaningful impact by supporting life-saving technology * Gain valuable experience in logistics and operations * Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment * Competitive hourly pay: $18/hr * Stable weekday schedule with no weekends Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
