Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Russellville, AR. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting expertise, and a commitment to safety, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a hands-on, technical environment.

Pay & Schedule:



  • $23.17/hour
  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM



What You'll Do:



  • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime
  • Develop and follow technical training materials and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
  • Make decisions independently while maintaining high-quality work standards



Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree with 3+ years of maintenance experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and mechanical systems
