Overview
Social Media Manager Contract: Immediate start until December 31, 2025 (potential for extension)
Location: Remote, EST hours
Commitment: Full-time hours, 40 hours per week About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager with a creative edge to bring our brand to life across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. This is about crafting ideas that spark conversation, resonate with senior decision-makers, and make B2B content feel bold, engaging, and human. If you love translating complex business concepts into scroll-stopping content and you're energized by working in a global, enterprise environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do
- Conceptualize & create: Generate compelling content ideas and campaigns designed to cut through the noise on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Write with impact: Draft clear, creative, and brand-aligned posts that turn technical or complex topics into engaging narratives.
- Bring the brand to life: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
- Spot opportunities: Identify trending conversations, content formats, and thought-leadership hooks that elevate our social presence.
- Collaborate: Work with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to produce standout content. You will work with another Social Media Manager who handles the posting and scheduling.
- Measure & refine (light-touch): Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content performance, without being bogged down in reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating social content for B2B brands, ideally in enterprise or tech sectors.
- A strong portfolio of work that shows originality, clarity, and flair.
- Excellent copywriting skills-you know how to balance thought leadership with accessibility.
- Ability to think conceptually, not just tactically.
- A passion for social media trends, with the instinct to adapt them to a professional B2B audience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. #LI-MS2
