What to Expect
The Tesla Energy Business Operations Team is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join the global business operations team. This role focuses on supporting regional requirements in the Americas, contributing to sales operations, order management, payments, and compliance. The position involves close collaboration with commercial energy stakeholders and sales teams to drive strategic planning, operational execution, and executive reporting. Additionally, the role entails developing critical reports and analytical insights to support weekly order prioritization, delivery execution, and key business decisions while serving as the subject-matter expert for regional sales operations and business reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Perform daily processing of sales orders, including invoicing and refunds
  • Respond to order-related inquiries from sales, delivery, service, and other internal departments
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy in CRM and internal systems supporting sales, production, and finance
  • Investigate and resolve system discrepancies swiftly in collaboration with program management
  • Develop timely and insightful analysis and reporting on Tesla Energy's commercial performance based on established metrics
  • Simplify and consolidate reports by understanding user needs and enhancing usability and practicality
  • Support ad hoc analytics and data updates using SQL and advanced MS Excel

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in STEM field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, processing, and analytics
  • Strong attention to detail under tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills with adaptability to frequent changes
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and colleagues across various management levels
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule based on activity volume
  • Customer service orientation with experience in Salesforce as a plus

    Expected Compensation
    $72,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
