DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
This position is responsible for a wide range of moderately complex clerical work within the Division of Licensing and Registration, Bureau of Administration. The primary responsibility of this position is to audit, review, and process boat registration and boat title application forms and related ownership documents. Reviews application forms and related ownership documents for content, completeness, accuracy, and to ensure that the appropriate taxes and fees are calculated and remitted. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
