General Responsibilities |
The Dual Enrollment Office Support Staff provides administrative and clerical support to the Director and Assistant Director of Dual Enrollment, as well as to the Division of Foundational Learning and serves as the first point of contact for students, families, and
HCPSS administrators. |
Work Performed |
- Manages operations of the reception area for both the Middle College suite and Office of Dual Enrollment, including mentoring student workers and coordinating clerical workflow for the offices.
- Creates a welcoming environment by:
- Interacting collegially with students, faculty, college staff, and the public to provide accurate information or direct inquiries to appropriate staff/departments
- Communicating knowledgeably, responsively, and with cultural competence at all levels with college and community when answering office phones, responding to emails, or greeting visitors.
- Responding to internal and external communications in a timely manner, including in person, electronic mail, and voicemail.
- Oversees student traffic and monitors behavior while visiting the office or using resources.
- Assists Academic Success Coaches with managing student appointments
- Receives Office of Dual Enrollment Packages
- Develops, implements and maintains efficient workflow processes that improve customer service, accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of records.
- Assists with planning and implementing special events (on-campus and off-campus) and the coordination of travel arrangements for dual enrollment office staff.
- Maintains the office of dual enrollments calendar.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
