• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift certification and training for all types (high pick is preferred)
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably from industrial, electronics assembly, or aerospace and defense distribution disciplines
• Experience with creating statements of work (SOW)
• Experience in inventory management systems, preferably in a chemical or industrial setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Computer literate in MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software
• Ability to read/write in English required
• Warehouse management system experience (TWL experience with an RF gun is preferred)

• Accurately pick, receive, and ship hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Maintain compliance with 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Support multiple warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals.
• Cross-train and assist in the development of other warehouse staff.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely by following training, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards, OSHA guidelines, and EH&S protocols.
• Follow U.S. DOT regulations for shipping and handling.
• Work in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain indirect responsibility for product quality by following established processes.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
