Join a well-established, industry leader in mobility solutions in their need for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This individual will join a dynamic team supporting AP operations across the globe. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being "on the go" throughout the day.

This role will start out on a 3-month contract basis with the potential for extension/conversion.

Schedule -

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm EST

Pay -

$25-27/hr

Day in the Life -



  • Support and enhance the experience for internal leadership, branch teams, and accounting departments through efficient AP processes.
  • Perform high-volume invoice processing with precision and adherence to internal controls and policies.
  • Investigate, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices for goods and services not processed automatically through ERP systems.
  • Handle supplier account reconciliations and urgent vendor follow-ups to prevent service disruption.
  • Manage payment processing for wire transfers, purchasing cards, and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Review and correct job or project costing errors through accounting cost corrections.
  • Provide required documentation for both internal and external audits.
  • Process consolidated invoicing for categories like freight, utilities, vehicles, and uniforms



Keys to Success -



  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with strong invoice reconciliation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and follow up effectively-especially when speaking with branch teams
  • Comfortable in a role that is active and high-paced throughout the day
  • Experience using Oracle, Appian, and Basware is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of AP best practices, tax application, and compliance standards
