Position: Automotive Technician
Location: Laguna Woods, CA
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (M-F)
Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Commission Based, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Compensation: Commission-based; total earnings potential up to $120K
Overview:
Our client, a trusted automotive repair business in Laguna Woods, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician. The company values quality, reliability, and professional growth, creating a collaborative environment with a small team of 6 dedicated professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but are not limited to:
Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately
Perform complex vehicle repairs using your own mechanical tools
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding services and outcomes
Collaborate with team members in a supportive, learning-focused environment
Uphold high standards for quality and safety
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in auto repair and vehicle diagnostic
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and reliability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess your own set of mechanical tools - uniform will be provided.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
