We're looking for a
Sales Manager with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for digital marketing and innovation to lead a high-performing
team in the Sarasota - Lakeland, Florida market. If you're energized by coaching, building go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue through full-funnel marketing solutions-this is your opportunity.
This role would require that you live within this region in order to manage the outside sales team.
What You'll Do
- Coach and lead your team to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
- Drive people development through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Recruit, onboard, and promote top sales talent to build a high-performing team
- Work with your team to grow the customer base by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
- Champion our brand through networking, community involvement, and industry engagement
- Ensure consistent use of the sales process and CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage pipeline and performance
- Foster a consultative sales culture focused on long-term client relationships and sustainable growth
- Build and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, including vertical prioritization and account planning
- Embed coaching and feedback into daily interactions to elevate team performance
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and recognize achievements
- Recommend and facilitate formal and informal training to support continuous learning and development

What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in digital media or marketing tech
- Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling
- Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
- Passion for digital innovation and customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent Organizational & analytical skills including PC skills in Microsoft office and a CRM
- Valid driver's license and Vehicle insurance is required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
