Pleasant Township Supervisors
are seeking applicants for position of Equipment Operator/Maintenance Laborer to work under the supervision of the Road Foreman Responsibilities will include maintenance of township roads, properties, grounds, and the sewage collection system. The successful candidate should have experience with snowplowing and the operation of equipment including but not limited to dump trucks, backhoe, loaders, tractors, attachments and the use of a variety of hand and power tools. The successful candidate must be available for on-call winter maintenance and sewer emergencies, evening/weekend hours may be required. Applicants with a valid CDL are preferred and will be required to obtain a wastewater operator license. Starting wage is at $16.50, but will be based on qualifications and experience.
