*Description*
This is a processing role that will assist with processing account information, manage books and records, handling, merging new accounts and maintenance of current accounts, mail mergers, and pull client names and addresses. This role will be assisting with the Annual Letter Project - where 750,000 letters will be mailed out to customers. Will be a heads down role but must be open to making calls for missing information if needed. This is an entry level role, but someone who can pay close attention to details and processes would be a good fit. Data entry experience is a plus and confidentiality is important. These associates are working with new accounts, reviewing documents and information and insuring that all information is there, validating information for the client, and working with returned mail. Daily Duties: * Enter and verify detailed client information in departmental database in an accurate and timely manner * Conduct preliminary research and review of business processes or data * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of necessary technology platforms used to troubleshoot and research issues * Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously * Coordinate with other departments regarding entry and maintenance of account information * Assist with accuracy checks of team data entry to ensure accuracy levels are met *Skills & Qualifications* 6 months to 1 year of relatable experience - data entry, processing, office administrative experience Previous experience in a role that requires strong attention to detail and is process oriented Ability to troubleshoot and work well on their own *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
