Job Summary The Project Accountant II supports construction project teams by managing financial processes including draw applications, subcontractor billing, and general ledger reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as lenders and investors. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction accounting, escrow statement reconciliation, and lender reporting. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with additional certifications or experience in construction finance preferred. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial tracking and timely reporting across multiple active projects. Key Responsibilities

Come build your future with us! Estimated Rate of Pay: $36.06 - $38.46 This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
