Sr Financial Analyst

Your main responsibilities

40% Financial and Accounting reporting:
- Materials Price Variance (MPV) & Material Usage Variance (MUV) analysis
- Costing
- Balance Sheet reconciliation & P&L analysis
- SC Finance reporting
15% Intercompany Reconciliation:
- Review and entry of intercompany invoices to clear GRIR and in transit accounts.
- Intercompany, drop ship receipts and corresponding billings, AR/AP analysis/posting.
- Margin review for intercompany sales.
- Account reconciliation monthly
20% Inventory Management support:
- Support the Inventory Management team on the corresponding scheduled counts. Count creation and analysis included.
- Inventory variance analysis, which Includes MPV review and Goods Receipt vs Invoice Receipt (GRIR) review
- Local warehouse review and adjustments based on cycle counts inventory movements.
- Inventory Accuracy Reports (IRA)
15% Management presentation
- Support plants' controllers on the preparation of financial results reporting
- Reporting standardization
- SC Finance consolidation package
10% Internal and external audit:
- Support internal and external audit to ensure the plants' compliance

What you bring

  • Bachelors Degree
  • CPA preferred
  • Finance in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Highly developed communication skills, verbal, written, interpersonal & presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to quickly access and understand trends, circumstances, and root causes. Pro-actively proposes solutions
  • Hard-working and self-motivated work style
  • Focused on team play and team engagement
  • Ability to go into details but keeping oversight about what really matters
