Description

Job Description: Responsible for performing general production / construction labor in the IDS factory and commercial construction sites. General construction laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in general labor tasks as needed to support facility operations.

2. Mix concrete utilizing electric mixers and drills

3. Operate electric, and pneumatic drills, saws, pumps, and wire cutters.

4. Operate concrete, mortar, and plaster mixers

5. Help other specialized fabricators

6. Assist with fabrication in rope shop.

7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

8. Promotes the Company's mission and values-based culture through providing excellent quality products

9. Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead

10. Team player and willing to work closely with others

11. Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items (80lbs)

12. Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Other Skills

Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
