Description NursingReq #: 41448 We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Breast Care Navigator to join our team. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in oncology who excel in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will possess both oncology expertise and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). This full-time role is scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or major holidays. Summary: The Registered Nurse - Patient Navigator - MHMG MMCP role guides patients through the care continuum, establishing contact with recurrent and newly diagnosed cancer patients and/or family members, or caregivers. The Patient Navigator will understand the clinical pathways established by the Oncology Program and will direct the patients to health care services within the organization, at outside facilities, and within the community for timely diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
