Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager/Head Chef to create and manage our in-house food service program. This individual will oversee all aspects of daily cafe operations, menu development, and food preparation while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our employees. Must have excellent attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a breakfast and lunch program that meets the needs of Inpro employees.
  • Plan, create, and update menu offerings with a focus on quality, variety, and nutritional balance.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, inventory control, and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead and mentor cafe staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with employees and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve food service offerings and overall dining experience.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Cafe Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong culinary and menu planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in developing and managing food service operations.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality.
