Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager - Marine Structures will lead and manage complex, port and waterfront infrastructure projects. This position requires a deep and thorough understanding of structural or civil engineering principles as applied to marine environments and facilities, including piers, wharves, bulkheads, and marine terminals. The individual may lead multidisciplinary teams, cultivate client relationships, prepare technical and fee proposals, and deliver projects that meet technical, schedule, and financial performance expectations. The Senior PM will also play an active role in identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities within the port and marine market sector. Compensation for this position is $135,200.00 -$176,800.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Occasional field work at active ports or marine facilities is required and may involve working in outdoor conditions, including exposure to saltwater, marine environments, and varying weather. Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs may be necessary.
