In certain jurisdictions, CBIZ CPAs operates under its previous name, Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our Boston, MA office! Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Utilize effective call strategies emailing, and social selling techniques developed in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Management to secure sales-ready conversations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Continuously enhance Advisory Services knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Inbound Follow-Up:
- Proactively engage with inbound prospects generated from forms, webinars, paid marketing, and other sources to secure sales-ready conversations with revenue generating professionals.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and qualification of inbound leads to determine their fit for our offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing relevant information, addressing any concerns or objections, and swiftly connecting the contact with subject expert/ revenue generating professionals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of inbound leads and optimize lead handoff processes.
Outbound Pursuit:
- Leverage marketing-driven data and insights to effectively convert prospects from brand awareness to meeting readiness.
- Regularly provide feedback and insights on the quality and effectiveness of the prospect lists to enhance future targeting efforts.
- Collaborate in problem-solving sessions with sales and executive leaders to identify areas for improvement and drive high conversion rates.
Digital Concierge/ Enterprise Growth Support:
- Conduct targeted outreach on predefined prospect lists to drive attendance to both in-person and virtual events.
- Utilize calling, emailing, and social selling techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in attending events.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Management to develop strategies, ideal target criteria, and messaging to maximize event attendance and drive new business.
- Execute post-event follow-up, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Management, to schedule sales-ready meetings with interested prospects.
- Participate in regular dialogues and problem-solving sessions with sales and executive leaders to optimize value selling, enhance event targeting, build pipeline, and increase conversion rates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong drive to compete and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to make a high volume of phone calls while maintaining quality output.
- Successful experience using marketing-driven data to convert prospects from brand awareness to meeting-ready.
- Demonstrated skill in overcoming objections and driving desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Relentlessly curious mindset and a willingness to learn about Advisory Services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization,
- both internally and externally
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $66,000 - $80,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
