Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is seeking a Program Director, Strategic Initiatives to support the organization's continued growth and evolution-particularly the expansion of specialty services in the community and other key initiatives aligned with the JHM strategic plan in ambulatory services. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy, this role is responsible for leading high-impact programs from planning through execution, with a strong emphasis on business planning, financial operations, performance monitoring, and cross-departmental coordination. While a primary focus will be on launching and optimizing specialty services, the Program Director will also contribute to other organization-wide programmatic initiatives that enhance care delivery, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Location: 6225 Smith Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229, remote (hybrid) Shift: Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week Requirements:
Salary Range: Minimum 48.29/hour - Maximum 77.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
