Position Title: SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for subcontract and related activities. This position also provides back-up for other Purchasing positions. Reports To: Purchasing Manager Personnel: Not applicable. Accountabilities: Accountable for understanding and following all SOPs and WIs related to job duties while supporting 6S and Lean Manufacturing concepts. Ensure all subcontract services are procured with vendors capable of meeting quality requirements at the best value to Major Tool. Authorities: Issue purchase orders on behalf of Major Tool within guidelines. Duties:
Job Qualification Requirements: Educational Experience - High school diploma or GED required. Blueprint reading and understanding of GD&T preferred. Experience - Procurement and manufacturing experience desired. Physical Demands - The employee is required to:
