This role demands exceptional technical rigor, a passion for safety, and the ability to translate theoretical concepts into robust, production-quality code.

• You will design, implement, and validate safety-critical C++ softwarefor Tesla's autonomous vehicle systems
• You'll work closely with machine learning engineers to co-design software at the intersection of AI, robotics, and active safety, andintegrate vehicle and neural network signals to produce world-class collision avoidance, ensuring our robotaxi operates flawlessly in complex real-world scenarios
• Work with real world, track test, and simulation testing teams to validate software and collect telemetry to iteratively improve the active safety system

• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in C++,preferably in a safety-critical field
• Proficiency in Python is desirable
• Passion for improving the safety of driving worldwide
