Join Our Team as a Manager, Demand Planning Systems and Processes!

We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Demand Planning Systems and Processes to play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and accuracy of Utz's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a key contributor to Utz's IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand planning, sales, supply chain, and finance.
  • Manage monthly adjustments to the IBP model to reflect updated business intelligence, customer insights, and market dynamics.
  • Own and manage the Dynamic Demand Change Summary (DDCS) report, providing weekly insights into short-term demand shifts.
  • Lead the Weekly Sales Call Recap, focusing on short-term demand impacts, sales projections, customer intelligence, product discontinuations, and inventory considerations.
  • Maintain and update the DmdGroup Monthly Accuracy Report, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of forecast performance.
  • Prepare content and insights for monthly Customer Review (CR) and Demand Review (DR) meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales to gather brand-specific questions and insights for the Monthly Sales Call.
  • Ensure all CR/DR content is aligned with current business priorities and demand signals.
  • Lead and support Blue Projects and other continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing demand planning systems, tools, and processes.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve forecast accuracy, system efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Own and implement inventory at risk weekly process to limit company-wide write-offs.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, information systems, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related roles, with a strong focus on systems and process management.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., Blue Yonder).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
