The Senior Product Manager is a technical and business leader, working in a variety of roles serving as the product owner for the Frontier Communications Small Business Product Management organization. Responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle from conception, design, development, launch through end-of-life, delivering solutions to optimal revenue, unit and margin performance. Emphasis will be on gathering and analyzing market trends and customer requirements to ensure Frontier is planning for and incorporating critical technologies, processes and partnerships delivering measurable value to our customers. Additional responsibilities will be authoring business plans, market requirements, and product requirement documents, prioritizing features and tracking progress as well as offer creation support and promotion of products internally and externally across all segments. The Senior Product Manager will function as the business owner and central resource with cross-functional teams who manage wide scale implementation and support. Position reports to Director Small Business Product Management.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

* Define product and user experience specifications, establish milestones and priorities, and work with technical project management to shepherd the development, implementation and launch of all products & initiatives within Frontier and interfacing with co- development partners

* Own small business customer experience, driving initiatives to ensure products and enhancements are designed, developed, implemented and managed effectively

* Drive product performance to meet company KPIs, budget and forecast targets

* Monitor and assess impact of market, technology, product and competitive trends and incorporate into product roadmaps, product positioning, portfolio plans and related activities

* Drive business case development and articulate the business benefits

* Serve as relationship manager and key individual in partner and supplier relationships

* Work closely with cross-functional teams and executive management

* Understand ordering, provisioning and billing systems and their importance to product and service design

* Use primary and secondary research to identify key consumer needs, define target segments, and determine product feature enhancement and direction

* Manage other opportunities on an ad hoc basis.

Other Skills/Education desired:

* 5+ years of Telecommunications and Product Management, Technical Marketing or Operational experience

* In-depth knowledge of broadband, voice, video and Wi-Fi products and technologies

* Understanding of small business customer needs, product functionality and Frontier's capabilities to deliver optimized end-to-end product management

* Experience in developing product roadmaps, offers, business cases, project management and accountability for delivering against business goals and objectives.



  • Be proficient in OTK and Monday.com tools.


* Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for delivering the optimal customer experience.

* Ability to self-learn. Curious about the products and new technologies. Training and learning on the job. Strong work ethic and decision-making prowess.

* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, engineering or related field.
