Position Highlights	The Sarver Cardiovascular Research Center at the University of Arizona is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral research associate with a strong interest in cancer therapy-induced cardiac toxicity, with a specific focus on DNA damage response (DDR) signaling pathways. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in DNA repair mechanisms, radiation biology, and molecular/cellular biology techniques, as well as experience in animal handling and microscopy, including fluorescence and confocal imaging. Additional experience in multi-omics approaches (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) applications in biomedical research will be considered a strong advantage. Duties & Responsibilities	Develop research projects and perform experiments within the Sarver Cardiovascular Research Center. Train and supervise intern, undergraduate, medical, and graduate student lab members. Work as a member of the principal investigator's research team and contribute novel hypotheses, ideas, and develop novel methodologies. Contribute and participate in the authorship of research publications and presentations. Collect, analyze and graph data, conclude research projects in a timely manner, write reports, and manuscripts. Engage in career development activities, apply for dedicated funding and contribute to lab-based grant proposals.
Minimum Qualifications	PhD or MD conferred by the start date and 0-2 years of experience at Postdoc rank.
